As Pune refrains from non-veg in holy Shravan month, poultry prices see drastic drop

Poultry experts claim the prices are the lowest recorded in the city and country in the last few years. Dressed chicken, earlier priced at Rs154 per kg, has now come down to Rs 97 per kg in the retail market whereas live chicken which was sold at Rs125 per kg is now being sold at Rs 81 per kg.
