Gurgaon: Licence renewals for real estate projects made tougher

Getting real estate project licences renewed will be more difficult from now as the Department of Town and Country Planning (DTCP) will seek information about the status of work, deployment of labour and whether a serious complaint is pending against the project in the Allottees Grievance Redressal Forum (AGRF).

As per the norms, field offices of the DTCP have to submit photographs as evidence of the status of projects after they get a licence renewal application from a developer.(HT File)
