No toll tax on DND flyway, rules Allahabad high court

The ride between Delhi and Noida on the DND Flyway became toll-free after the Allahabad high court on Wednesday ordered the private concessionaire to stop collecting user-fee from commuters, saying they were being illegally taxed.

Noida commuters stuck in traffic jams due to I-Day preparations

Commuters were facing a harrowing time on Noida roads on Thursday as the Delhi Police have prohibited entry of heavy transport vehicles (HTVs) in the city from Wednesday midnight till 2 pm on Thursday. The restriction has been imposed in view of the rehearsal of the Independence Day parade on August 13.
