BJP chief Amit Shah in Hisar on Monday, to meet leaders of Haryana’s 10 Lok Sabha seats

BJP’s Hisar unit chief Surender Poonia said that Shah will meet the leaders of all 10 Lok Sabha constituencies to discuss the strategy for the upcoming elections. Later, he will hold a separate meeting of leaders in Sirsa, Hisar and Rohtak—the three seats from where the party lost during the last Lok Sabha elections.

Family of pilot killed in IAF jet crash in Bengaluru battles shock, grief

Two Hawk advanced jet trainers of the Surya Kiran Aerobatic Team crashed into each other near the Yelahanka airbase in Bengaluru while practising for the Aero India show. While two pilots managed to eject from the aircraft and were said to be safe, Wing Commander Sahil Gandhi was killed.

Ahead of the CBI court’s hearing today, where it is likely to pronounce a verdict against Gurmeet Ram Rahim in journalist Ram Chander’s murder case, police took out a flag march covering key spots, including the Dera Sacha Sauda headquarters at Sirsa, in a bid to maintain law and order.
