The court, however, while dismissing the bail applications of the accused person also said that the four joint owners of the basement are not “exclusively responsible” for the incident

2017 HCS (judicial) paper leak: Former HC registrar among 2 get 5-yr jail

The examination for 109 HCS (judicial) posts was conducted on July 16, 2017. Following a petition in the HC in August 2017, an HC probe panel had found that the paper was leaked.

The court released the third convict Sushila on period already undergone during the trial. The court, however, imposed a fine of <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>10,000 on her.

A Delhi court on Friday acquitted six accused of all the charges levelled against them in a case related to the 2020 north-east Delhi riots, while noting that there is not a single evidence on record against them
