Delhi court extends Kejriwal’s custody till Sept 25, grants bail to AAP MLA Pathak

CBI in the charge sheet alleged that the Delhi CM received kickbacks from the ‘South Group’ in lieu of liquor licences in the Capital, and a part of it was spent on the AAP’s campaign for Goa assembly elections 2022

Kejriwal was first arrested in another excise policy case lodged by the Enforcement Directorate on March 21. He was later taken into custody by CBI too in the case on June 26 and was sent to judicial custody on June 29. (PTI)

The court, however, while dismissing the bail applications of the accused person also said that the four joint owners of the basement are not “exclusively responsible” for the incident

2017 HCS (judicial) paper leak: Former HC registrar among 2 get 5-yr jail

The examination for 109 HCS (judicial) posts was conducted on July 16, 2017. Following a petition in the HC in August 2017, an HC probe panel had found that the paper was leaked.

The court released the third convict Sushila on period already undergone during the trial. The court, however, imposed a fine of <span class='webrupee'>₹</span>10,000 on her.

A Delhi court on Friday acquitted six accused of all the charges levelled against them in a case related to the 2020 north-east Delhi riots, while noting that there is not a single evidence on record against them
