They said against the set target of ₹406 crore for fiscal 2024-25, the civic agency so far has realised ₹225 crore from residential and commercial properties

Ghaziabad: GDA initiates land audit to identify vacant land in housing schemes

GDA has identified about 5,200 square metres (sqm) of vacant residential land and also two commercial plots in Vaishali. Reselling this land will fetch GDA a revenue of ₹314 crore for residential plots and about ₹18 crore for commercial plots

UGC road project: NGT seeks clarificatory reports on environment impact, tree felling

The tribunal is hearing the matter after taking suo motu cognizance of an HT report titled “UP gives permission to fell 112,000 trees for road along Upper Ganga Canal” published on February 1 and has sought responses from states of Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand
