Captaincy should be rotated among the top players. See, Tendulkar one-time captain, has come back as a vice captain. Rotate captaincy amongst Ganguly, Tendulkar, Dravid and Kumble, the senior players, in next couple of years. Whoever will captain, will fall short in his department a little. Ganguly did. Dravid has. So rotate. It is not a prestige issue. Rotate different series amongst top 36 players. If you don't, fortune will through injury, form, etc. Players are humans. Not performance or entertainment machines!
