Bankruptcy law to give lenders access to foreign assets of loan defaulters

The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code will be strengthened with the addition of provisions covering cross-border insolvency, which will help lenders access overseas assets of a bankrupt company.

FM Jaitley announces details of electoral bonds for political funding

The bearer instrument will not carry the name of the payee and can be bought for any value, in multiples of Rs 1,000, Rs 10,000, Rs 1 lakh, Rs 10 lakh or Rs 1 crore.
