The remaining two, Singhbhum and Rajmahal in Santhal Parganas, were won by JMM-led alliance. However, BJP’s victory margin in seats reserved for STs was small — 1,445 votes in Khunti and 10,363 votes in Lohardaga. Congress defeated BJP by 72,155 votes in Singhbhum.
