Mitchell Johnson was ecstatic after his match-winning performance, more so since it came in conditions not conducive to pace.
“It’s my first fiver and it came in hard conditions,” he said. “I’m thrilled. I didn’t feel too good in my first two overs. But then I started getting the wickets and things fell into place.”
Pressed to identify where India failed, he said, “Probably they struggled with the swing. It swung around quite a bit. My aim as usual was to swing it into the right-handers and away from the lefties.”
