Students indulged in this activity can see their current and the next three years' exams for all subjects cancelled.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has rejected claims about board exam paper leak.

“The Board has made comprehensive arrangements to ensure the smooth and fair conduct of the examinations. It has come to the Board's attention that certain unscrupulous elements are spreading rumours on YouTube, Facebook, `X’ (formerly twitter), and other social media platforms regarding paper leaks or claiming access to the 2025 examination question papers. These claims are baseless and are intended to create unnecessary panic among students and parents,” CBSE said.

“The Board is working closely with law enforcement agencies to identify and prosecute these offenders. Students found involved in such activities will face consequences under CBSE's UNFAIR MEANS rules and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC),” it added.

CBSE Board Exam 2025 Live: In the notice, the CBSE also said that it is actively monitoring and taking action against those responsible for spreading false information.

The notice read, “The Board is working closely with law enforcement agencies to identify and prosecute these offenders.”

“Students found involved in such activities will face consequences under CBSE's UNFAIR MEANS rules and relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC),” the notice added.

CBSE Board Exam 2025 Live: The CBSE has issued a notice wherein it has cautioned students, parents, and schools to not fall prey for rumours being spread by unscrupulous elements on YouTube, Facebook, `X’ (formerly twitter), and other social media platforms regarding “paper leaks” or “claiming access to the 2025 examination question papers.”

• Stationery items: Textual material (printed or written), bits of paper, calculator, pen drive, log table (which centres will provide), electronic pen, scanner, etc.
• Students with Dyscalculia are permitted to use calculators provided by the exam centre.
• Communication devices: Mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, pagers, health bands, smartwatches, and cameras
• Wallets, goggles, handbags, pouches, etc.
• Eatable items (opened or packed) are not permitted unless the student is diabetic.

This year, the CBSE is conducting the Class 10 and 12 final exams for around 44 lakh students from 8,000 schools in India and abroad.

As per the CBSE board exam dress code, regular students must wear school uniform while private students can wear light clothes.

The second day of CBSE Class 10 and 12 board exams 2025 started at 10:30 am. Class 10 students are appearing for Hindustani Music, Rai, Gurung, Tamang, Sherpa, Elements of Book Keeping & Accountancy, and Physical Activity Trainer papers and Class 12 students are appearing for the Physical Education paper.

These items are allowed inside the exam hall-

• Admit card along with the school identity card (for regular students)
• Admit card and any government-issued photo identity proof (for private candidates)
• Transparent pouch, geometry/pencil box, blue/royal blue ink/ballpoint/gel pen, scale, writing pad, eraser, analogue watch, transparent water bottle, metro card, bus pass and money.

For Class 10 students, the CBSE will hold Hindustani Music, Rai, Gurung, Tamang, Sherpa, Elements of Book Keeping & Accountancy, and Physical Activity Trainer papers today.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will conduct the Class 12 Physical Education exam today, February 17, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
