In Ward No. 7 – Julie Devi got 219 votes and defeated Kiran Devi by 41 votes.

Ward number-8- Anil Kumar Chaudhary defeated Vikas Kumar by 93 votes by bringing 228 votes.

Ward No. 9 - Manju Devi secured 137 votes, defeating Neelam Devi by 22 votes.

In Ward No. 10 - Civili Devi defeated Janaki Devi by 77 votes by bringing 191 votes.

Ward No. 11 - Premlal To Do by getting 379 votes defeated Shyamlal Soren by 169 votes.

Ward No. 12- Satnarayan Mahato got 226 votes and defeated Arjun Sharma by 48 votes.

Ward number-13- Ananth Kumar got 177 votes and defeated Vijay Kumar Bharti by 74 votes.

Ward No. 14- Ajmera Khatoon got 370 votes, he defeated Abila Khatoon by 197 votes.

Ward No. 15- Mohammad Jabir got 347 votes, he defeated Nitish Kumar by 165 votes.

In Ward No. 16, Hina Parveen got 151 votes, defeating Khushiya Khatoon by 25 votes.

In Ward No. 17, Shakeel Mansuri got 438 votes and defeated Noor Ul Haq Ansari by 271 votes.

In Purnia, Kumari Chhaya won the post of Chief Councilor, while Subhash Kumar has won the post of Deputy Chief Councillor.

Suman Devi wins the post of Chief Councilor in Brahmapur of Buxar district by defeating Shweta Singh by 3,521 votes.

Devoshree Bose from Ward 14, Aruna Devi from Ward 15, Neetu Devi from Ward 16 and Kajal Kumari from Ward 17 have won in Araria Municipal Council.

Bihar labour resources minister Surendra Ram's mother Kalavati Devi lost from Ward 7 of Dighwara Nagar Panchayat of Saran district. She was contesting for the post of councilor.

Abha Surekha wins the post of Chief Councilor , while Sujata Chowdhary wins the post of Deputy Chief Councilor from Dalsinghsarai Municipal Council of Samastipur district.

Ajay Shah wins the post of Chief Councilor from Sonpur Nagar Panchayat of Saran district.

Veena Yadav has won the post of chairman from Farbisganj Municipal Council in Araria district.

Harendra Chaudhary has won the post of Chief Councilor of Gopalganj Municipal Council.

Sehra Tehseen has won by 3,053 votes in the election for the post of Chief Councilor from Bahadurganj Nagar Panchayat of Kishanganj district. Sehra Tehseen got 8,037 votes, while Pawan Agarwal got 4,984 votes.

List of places where the Nagar Nigam Chunav is taking place - Patna, Ara, Sasaram, Bihar Sharif, Gaya, Chapra, Muzaffarpur, Motihari, Sitamarhi, Bettiah, Darbhanga, Purnia, Katihar, Munger, Begusarai and Bhagalpur.

According to State Election Commissioner Deepak Prasad, a total of 59.62% voter turnout took place in the first phase - 57.34% men and 59.33% women.

The counting of votes for the first phase of Bihar Nikay Chunav 2022 is underway and the results will be announced today.
