Bharatiya Janata Party's Pukhrem Sharatchandra Singh got a total of 11,708 votes, while Indian National Congress's Mairembam Prithviraj Singh secured 11,333 votes. Independent candidate Thongam Shanti Singh grabbed the third spot with 8,369 votes. The top three parties got 37.3%, 36.1% and 26.6% respectively.
