Within an hour of counting Manipur CM N Biren Singh is looking confident of winning the second tenure with an absolute majority.

After offering prayers at the Shree Govindajee Temple in Imphal he told reporters, “I have prayed to God, that the coming five years would be tantamount to the last 5 years with peace and development and that BJP forms government with full majority”
