Anandpur Sahib is the assembly constituency which comes under the Rupnagar district. It is one of the 117 Punjab Legislative Assembly Constituencies . Punjab Assembly Election 2022 for Anandpur Sahib was held on February 20 and the results was declared on March 10.
Anandpur Sahib assembly constituency had 1,80,219 electors in 2017, out of which 94,397 were male voters and 85,822 females. The None of the Above (NOTA) option got 0.5% votes.

Indian National Congress's Kanwar Pal Singh won the election by defeating Bharatiya Janata Party's Dr. Parminder Sharma by a margin of 23,881 votes.
95.4% of the total votes were casted to top three candidates. Indian National Congress's Kanwar Pal Singh grabbed a total of 60,800 votes, while Bharatiya Janata Party's Dr. Parminder Sharma got 36,919 votes. Aam Aadmi Party's candidate Sanjeev Gautam bagged 30,304 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties registered 45.3%, 27.5% and 22.6% respectively.
In Punjab Assembly election 2012, Bharatiya Janata Party's Madan Mohan Mittal outperformed Indian National Congress's Kanwar Pal Singh by 7,886 votes.
