Uttar Pradesh Election: Bilari Assembly Constituency 2022

Bilari is the assembly constituency which comes under the Moradabad district. It is one of the 403 Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly Constituencies . Uttar Pradesh Assembly Election 2022 for Bilari was held on February 14 and the result was declared on March 10.

Bilari assembly constituency had 3,43,925 electors in 2017, out of which 1,85,498 were male voters and 1,58,427 females. The None of the Above (NOTA) option got 0.3% votes.

What happened last time

In the 2017 Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly Election, there were 13 candidates in the fray from Bilari constituency. Bilari was one of 47 seats won by the Samajwadi Party. Samajwadi Party's Mohd. Faeem won the election upstaging Bharatiya Janata Party's Suresh Saini by a margin of 13,441 votes.

96.0% of the total votes were casted to top three candidates. Samajwadi Party's Mohd. Faeem grabbed a total of 85,682 votes, while Bharatiya Janata Party's Suresh Saini got 72,241 votes. Bahujan Samaj Party's candidate Rishipal Singh bagged 60,976 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties registered 37.6%, 31.7% and 26.7% respectively.

In Uttar Pradesh Assembly election 2012, Samajwadi Party's Mhd.Irfan beat Bahujan Samaj Party's Lakhan Singh Saini by 1,540 votes.
