Naugawan Sadat is one of the 403 Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly Constituencies that comes under the Jyotiba Phule Nagar district. People of Naugawan Sadat voted for Uttar Pradesh Assembly Election 2022 on February 14 and the results was declared on March 10.

The top three candidates split 91.6% of votes between them. Bharatiya Janata Party's Chetan Chauhan got a total of 97,030 votes, while Samajwadi Party's Javed Abbas secured 76,382 votes. Bahujan Samaj Party's candidate Jaidev grabbed the third spot with 40,172 votes. The top three parties got 41.6%, 32.8% and 17.2% respectively.
In Uttar Pradesh Assembly election 2012, Samajwadi Party's Ashfaq Ali Khan beat Bahujan Samaj Party's Rahul Kumar by 3,662 votes.
