Yamunotri is one of the 70 Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly Constituencies that comes under the Uttarkashi district. Uttarakhand Assembly Election 2022 for Yamunotri was held on February 14 and the results was declared on March 10.

87.2% of the total votes were casted to top three candidates. Bharatiya Janata Party's Kedar Singh got a total of 19,800 votes, while Indian National Congress's Sanjay Dobhal secured 13,840 votes. Independent candidate Prakash Chand Ramola grabbed the third spot with 7,061 votes. The top three parties got 42.4%, 29.6% and 15.1% respectively.
