Deepika Padukone is ‘dead’ on seeing Shah Rukh Khan's dapper look for NMACC event, fans request a selfie of Pathaan pair
Shah Rukh Khan wore black for the NMACC event and earned praise from Deepika Padukone and others on social media.
Deepika Padukone has reacted to a picture of Shah Rukh Khan as the actor suited up in black for the launch event of Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre in Mumbai on Friday. Shah Rukh wore a black V-neck t-shirt, black pants and a black blazer, paired with a diamond pendant for the event. He didn't post with his family for the paparazzi but was accompanied by wife Gauri Khan, daughter Suhana Khan and son Aryan Khan at the event. Stylist Shaleena Nathani shared a picture of Shah Rukh's look for the event. She captioned it, “DEADDDD (several kiss eye emojis)!!!! @iamsrk today for the opening of @nmacc.india." She added he was wearing a custom-made attire.
Soon after, Deepika Padukone commented on the post, “Me Too!” Several of their fans requested Deepika to also share a selfie with Shah Rukh from the event. A fan wrote, “@deepikapadukone we didn’t get pathaan promotions too, drop a selfie of the two of you from the sets or anywhere pleasee please.” Another said, “Ranveer would be simping over him too, he loves him.” A fan also said, “@deepikapadukone another movie with SRK”.
Stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania also dropped fire emojis in reaction to his picture. A fan commented, “For a second I thought that’s Aryan Khan.” Another said, “I for a sec thought it was Aryan! This man is just getting younger and hotter.” Businessman Roshan Abbas also wrote, “Ek hota hai insaan aur ek Srk!! (there is a human and then there is SRK).” Actor Amruta Khanvilkar also wrote, “Ohhhhh gooooddddddddd dead dead dead 3000 times.”
Shah Rukh and Deepika are currently basking in the success of Pathaan. At the NMACC event on Friday, Deepika was in a cream-beige floral shirt and pants paired with a long shrug. She also wore a head accessory. She arrived with Ranveer Singh who opted for a white sherwani.
Meanwhile, Shah Rukh's wife Gauri was spotted in a beige gown, while Suhana looked beautiful in a red strapless gown and Aryan in a gold and black blazer with black pants. The three were joined by Salman Khan as they posed for the paparazzi.
