He studied at the Army Public School, Dhaula Kuan, and graduated from Hans Raj College, Delhi University. “I have six-seven friends from school who I catch up with, everytime I come here. During my college days, we used to hang out majorly in North Campus. I didn’t like spending money on food outside, so I used to eat a lot at college canteen, using the refreshment coupons I got for being in the basketball team,” says Rannvijay, who was in the city recently for the Roadies X auditions. The popular Lovers’ Point was there at his time too. “There was a beautifully created lovers’ point inside the college and a lot of students came there to hang out,” he adds.

A movie buff at heart, Priya Cinemas in Vasant Vihar was his adda for watching films. “For movies, we used to hang out at Priya in Vasant Vihar. Gopinath market in the cantt area was our favourite,” he says.

Taking about his days as a member of his college’s basketball team, he says, “We used to have university competitions and probably the only time you could enter into Lady Shri Ram College was when there was a basketball match. There was also a pub nearby that place which used to sell drinks for 20 bucks.” The VJ-turned-actor is also a bike enthusiast and is planning to get one of his bikes to the Capital. “Delhi has such wide roads that I am actually planning to get one of my bikes here from Mumbai. Mumbai is so crowded!”. Talking about the city’s weather, he says.
