Some also accused Jimin of singing ‘off key’ during the performance on stage. Later, BTS fans aka Army came to back the singer on Twitter. Amid this, videos of Jimin's encore stage performance were no longer available on YouTube as they were taken down by Mnet.

Reportedly, Jimin's pre-recorded performance of his latest track Like Crazy will be aired during the SBS show now. Confirming the developments, BTS' agency was quoted by Soompi saying, “Due to his schedule, it has turned out that he will not be participating in the Inkigayo live performances [tomorrow].”

Besides Mnet's show, Jimin also appeared on KBS2's Music Bank show where he announced the weekly winner. He also performed on stage and was surprised by the special guest appearance of the fellow group member, J-Hope.

Park Jimin has been promoting his solo debut album, Face. The album dropped worldwide on March 24. Talking about it, their agency Big hit Music mentioned in a press release, "Jimin will see the fans through various activities including the “FACE” release, so we ask for your continued interest and support for Jimin’s first official solo activity.”

Before his much-awaited solo debut, Jimin had collaborated with Big Bang member Taeyang for the track Vibe, which was a hit among fans. BTS comprises RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook. Currently, all members are pursuing solo careers. Last year, they announced the news of hiatus to follow their individual paths. BTS members will be enlisting in the mandatory military service, one by one, and are slated to reunite as a group sometime around 2025.
