Dhruva Natchathiram trailer: Vikram fans have reasons to celebrate as the long-awaited trailer of Dhruva Natchathiram is finally here.

The trailer of the long-delayed Vikram starring Dhruva Natchathiram is finally out! On Tuesday, the makers released the trailer of the film that stars Vikram in the lead. Fans reacted enthusiastically to the stylish and action-packed trailer of the two-part film, with the first one being named Dhruva Natchathiram: Chapter One – Yuddha Kandam. Dhruva Natchathiram is set to release on November 24.

About the trailer

The trailer begins with the Mumbai bomb blasts of 2011. A special secret team named Basement is formed by the government with a bunch of spies and soldiers to ensure national security. With no specific rules to follow, Dhruv (Vikram) is set to lead it. "No one will know about our existence," claims the abiding body. The trailer then includes a bunch of jaw-dropping action set pieces, signalling that there is a threat to the Basement, which the team members must uncover using their network.

Fan reactions

Reacting to the trailer, a fan commented how long fans have been waiting for the release of this film, and wrote, "The color grading, quality, and cuts (fire emoticons) Can't wait for the movie! Been waiting since 2017." Another said, "Wow. The quality of making! Production value and Vikram himself... Wow... My prayers and wishes for the movie to go places... Movies like these deserve to be celebrated." A fan also wrote, "Even after 8 years I feel this movie will be a superhit, it will be worth waiting." "This will be a mass comeback of the stylish combination of Vikram and Harris' music," said another fan.

Directed by Gautham Vasudev Menon, the film also stars Ritu Varma, Parthiban, Aishwarya Rajesh, Simran, Radhika, Arjun Das, and Divyadarshini. Harris Jayaraj has composed the music for the film.

Vikram was last seen in Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan 2. It featured Aishwarya Rai, Trisha Krishnan, Karthik, and Jayam Ravi. The film released in theatres on April 28. PS 2 is the sequel of Mani Ratnam's box office hit film Ponniyin Selvan, which was released last year.
