Delhi-NCR unlock: Metro commute begins, markets reopen

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal announced a gradual unlocking process in the national capital from Monday in light of the dip in COVID-19 cases. The Delhi Metro has also resumed its services with 50 per cent seating capacity and no provision for standing travel for commuters, officials said.
