Kejriwal, Mann join Kerala CM's Jantar Mantar stir against Centre
The Kerala CM is leading a protest in Delhi against the alleged discrimination in federal funds distribution by the Centre's Narendra Modi government.
Delhi chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and Punjab chief minister Bhagwant on Thursday joined their Kerala counterpart Pinarayi Vijayan as he led a protest at Delhi's Jantar Mantar against the alleged discrimination in federal funds distribution by the Centre's Narendra Modi government.

Addressing a press meet on the eve of the stir, Vijayan had noted how Kerala is poised for a 'historic protest in Delhi.'
“Ministers, legislators, and parliamentarians from the state will actively participate in this protest. We have had to resort to such an unprecedented struggle, as it is essential for Kerala’s survival and advancement,” the CPI(M) leader had said.
The Kerala government's agitation against the Centre comes at a time when Karnataka and Tamil Nadu, two of its neighbouring states, have raised similar allegations against the Modi government.
Both prime minister Modi, and Nirmala Sitharaman, the Union finance minister, have vehemently rejected allegations made by the southern states.
The Kejriwal-led Aam Aadmi Party (AAP); CPI(M), Congress (in power in Karnataka) and Congress ally DMK (in power in Tamil Nadu) are among the 28 constituents of the INDIA bloc of opposition parties. The alliance has been formed to prevent PM Modi and his ruling BJP from winning a third straight term at the Centre; the elections are due in April-May.
Kejriwal himself has been on the radar of Enforcement Directorate (ED), a central agency that probes financial crimes, over his alleged role in the Delhi excise policy scam.
