The actress refutes the reports that she has refused to work with Deepika Padukone in David Dhawan's next and says she doesn't even know Deepika. Read on.
It's official now. Sonam and Deepika are not foes. In a press conference to promote her latest film I Hate Luv Storys, Sonam Kapoor set the record straight by saying that she doesn't even know Deepika so there is no question of animosity.
On being asked whether she said no to Rohit Dhawan's directorial venture Desi Boys (a David Dhawan production), which also starred arch rival Deepika Padukone, Sonam had this to say, "Rohit had offered me the film long back. And I said no to it because I was shooting for Mausam. Deepika has replaced me. There was no plan to feature both of us together. I'm sure Deepika will do a good job in the movie."
On being further coaxed if she still shares cold vibes with the lady because of 'Ranbir' factor, she says, "I don't even know Deepika. So there is no question of cold vibes and animosity with her."
