“There are countless French restaurants in New York, and most follow either the bistro or brasserie model. So, we turned to the European café tradition,” says Rishiv Khattar, 34, a creative entrepreneur whose new restaurant concept in New York is the talk of the town (Shivamm Paathak)

Rishiv says he wants to have as many different types of experiences as he can, so boxing himself into one area seems limiting

“Many fertility issues are caused by the lack of access to information around sexual health. Most of these issues could easily have been prevented,” says Dr Tanaya Narendra, 29, whose Insta ID Dr Cuterus champions women’s health issues and has just crossed 1million (Shivamm Paathak)

“When Raja Hindustani came out, it had a makeout scene in the end that wasn’t covered. This year, when Gehraiyaan’s trailer released, it was a one-minute montage of people making out. Which I think is fantastic,” says Tanaya Narendra, a doctor and women’s health champion

“Social media is the easiest way to share your content, share your music, share your art... but I think I have to take it more seriously,” says Zaeden, 27, a DJ-turned-musician who is Gen-Z’s hot new favourite (Shivamm Paathak)

“I’ve played every sport, I’ve played so many different instruments. My mum tells me, ‘maybe being jack of all and master of none is a good thing in your case;” says Zaeden
