Silence may seem like a temporary solution, but in the long run, it hinders the development of genuine connections. By expressing your thoughts and feelings, you not only share a part of yourself with others but also engage in a process of self-discovery.

It also becomes a channel for personal and spiritual growth, allowing you to understand your own beliefs, values, and emotions more deeply.
