The police have registered a case of death by negligence and arrested the supervisor.
The Oshiwara police have registered a case of negligence and arrested a site supervisor, following the death of a 20-year-old labourer at a construction site.

Bhuneshwar Prasad fell to his death from the 13th floor of a 22-storied under-construction building in Adarsh Nagar area, Jogeshwari (west) on Monday at 6.30pm.
“Bhuneshwar Prasad was cleaning the place on the 13th floor when he accidentally fell. He was rushed to a nearby hospital but he was declared dead on arrival,” said a police official from the Oshiwara police station. The site supervisor did not provide for any safety gear to ensure that such a mishap would be avoided,” he added.
Prasad’s uncle, Ashok Kumar Nishad, 26, worked with him.
Nishad lodged a first information report (FIR) at the Oshiwara police station against the site supervisor.
The police arrested the supervisor identified as Jignesh Patel, 40. He was produced before a magistrate court and remanded into judicial custody. The accused has applied for bail, the police said. More accused are wanted in the case.
