Gadoli’s family not satisfied with investigation
Gadoli’s elder brother Bramhaprakash said the agency was protecting several people and the key accused have still not been arrested
After the Special Investigation Team (SIT) filed the charge sheet against the six people accused in connection with gangster Sandeep Gadoli’s encounter, his family is still not satisfied with the findings of the investigation.

Speaking to HT on Thursday, Gadoli’s elder brother Bramhaprakash said the agency was protecting several people and the key accused have still not been arrested.
“According to the statements given, eight cops were investigated but only five were accused. The rest were given a clean chit. If such a team had come here, they would have taken permission from their superior. Why there is no mention of the role of the other cops in the investigation?” he said.
Bramhaprakash said his family had informed the police of the location of the accused several times, but the police failed to arrest them.He said the agency had not investigated the role of Manoj Gujjar, the brother of Binder Gujjar — Gadoli’s rival. “Why would anyone carry out such a murder without any motivation? Who takes so much risk? The officers and Divya [Gadoli’s girlfriend] and her mother were all paid, but the charge sheet has no mention of the monetary dealings,” said Bramhaprakash.
The family has now approached the magistrate court to ask that the investigation be monitored. Tanveer Nizaam, advocate for the Gadoli family said the SIT’s investigation was very shoddy. “We want a fair investigation and justice for the family. We have asked the court to monitor the investigation,” Nizam said.
