I hope fans sing my songs: Frederic Berger
Adolf Hitler and the automobile industry are the two things that immediately come to mind when one thinks of Germany. If all goes well, Kaiserdisco, a German electronic/dance music group, may be the third thing on that list.
Adolf Hitler and the automobile industry are the two things that immediately come to mind when one thinks of Germany. If all goes well, Kaiserdisco, a German electronic/dance music group, may be the third thing on that list. Frederic Berger, one of the members of the group, is coming to India this weekend to play at the NH7 weekender, a two-day music festival.

Berger, a DJ and electronic producer, says he is hoping Indian music lovers will sing his songs during the weekender. “I expect over 10,000 Bollywood dancers to sing our songs!” he said in an e-mail interview.
Berger said he is aware of Bollywood music but doesn’t like it much. “I only know the Indian chant CDs my mom has and though Hindi films do get telecasted on TV, watching these kind of movies can be really hard for a european. I hate musicals anyway!”
However, the musician does not rule out collaborations with Indian artists in the future. “We have nothing planned yet but you never know... this country has a lot of potential, especially electronic music-wise.”
