“Failure is a stepping-stone for success. I haven’t faced any big failures myself unless you call the telecom one, which I don’t think is one,” said KM Birla, Chairman of the Aditya Birla Group. The theme for this year’s thought conclave is “Conversations for a better tomorrow” and will see political leaders, corporate heads and torchbearers from various fields ideate and debate the issue.
