Rosemary has long been used in traditional medicine for its purported health benefits, which include promoting hair health since according to haircare experts, rosemary's anti-inflammatory and antioxidant compounds are among the ingredients that may assist to enhance the appearance and health of hair. By reducing dandruff and calming any irritation, rosemary water used as a hair rinse may support the maintenance of a healthy scalp. When considering utilising homemade rosemary water, Dr Stuti Khare Shukla suggested a few things to consider and said, “First, it's crucial to properly prepare and concentrate the rosemary water. A moderate infusion would have no discernible effects, whereas an intensely concentrated mixture would hurt the scalp. Also important is consistency. Any potential benefits of rosemary water might take some time to manifest, and occasional consumption could not have the desired results.
