The holiday season is almost here. With the chill in the air and the festivities nearing, it is one of the most awaited times of the year. However, being around a lot of people, family members and relatives can sometimes make us feel overwhelmed and frustrated. "No matter the case, if you’re gathering with family or friends and find yourself feeling anxious, irritated, overwhelmed or even a little sad, you may find some comfort in self-regulating tools," wrote Therapist Alexis Florentina Borja.
