"Mindfulness means paying full attention to what’s happening right now without judging it. It’s being present and aware in the moment, whether it’s doing something simple or experiencing something important. By focusing on things like our breath and what’s around us, we learn to accept our thoughts and feelings without letting them overwhelm us," wrote Therapist Maythal Eshaghian as she shared a few ways by which we can learn to stay in the present.(Unsplash)
