"It’s not always the merry, jolly season for everyone. From the pressure of picture-perfect festivities to the stress and burnout before the holidays, there are many reasons some of us might feel a bit isolated. Social anxiety, loss of loved ones, family conflicts, and big life changes can weigh heavily during this time.
