We often forget to check in with ourselves to know if we are the toxic person in the relationship. Time to time, it is important to have a look at ourselves and know if we are causing difficulty to others. "There’s so much information out there to look out for in others but what about red flags in ourselves? If any of these red flags have resonated with you, don’t panic.
