Uncertainty can be a difficult thing to explore, especially for people with anxiety issues. They have difficulties embracing change and see any sudden change or uncertainty as a challenge that they do not want to participate in. "Does anxiety keep you from embracing uncertainty? Does uncertainty bring up feelings of fear for you? For so many of us who deal with anxiety, we can feel the need to control everything from people to situations in order to make ourselves feel safe.
