Intermittent fasting for at least 18 days out of 21: 16:8 is most preferred type of IF. It means you are going to be eating for 8 hours and fasting for 16 hours - just water nothing else in fasting window. You can choose for yourself. 15:9 or 14:10 is fine as well.
