Mangrove Photography Awards: Crocodile close-up shot declared the winner| Photos

In the eighth edition of the Mangrove Photography Awards, more than 2,000 photographs were submitted from 68 countries. According to the Mangrove Action Project, these photos are a "compelling reminder" of the importance of mangroves for the diversity of life across coastlines.
