India and China wrapping up disengagement at hot spots

Indian and Chinese troops are nearing complete disengagement at Depsang and Demchok in Ladakh, easing tensions after a lengthy military standoff.

India-China disengagement begins at Depsang and Demchok

Disengagement at Demchok and Depsang will be complete by October 28-29. Patrolling will begin from October 30-31.

The disengagement will be applicable only for Depsang and Demchok and not for other friction points.
