CLAT 2025: Delhi HC divison bench refuses to stay order on revised results

Delhi High Court division bench opined that the single judge has examined the two questions carefully & has found that a different view is not a plausible one.

Delhi HC refuses to entertain plea to constitute 'Sanatan Dharm Raksha Board'

The court observed that it did not have the knowledge or capability to pass the direction sought by the petitioner.
