NCRTC seeks land to set up concrete plant for RRTS line

The National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) has requested 1.81 hectares of land near the Delhi Gurugram Expressway to set up a concrete batching and mixing plant for the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) project. The plant will be used for casting girders and tunnel segments. The proposed land requisition is currently under consideration. The RRTS corridor will be constructed in three phases, with the first phase connecting Delhi to Shahjahanpur-Neemrana-Behror. The project is awaiting approval from the central government.

Water tariff hike: Panchkula residents hail waiver of 4-year arrears

In 2018, HSVP had issued a notification for a 5% hike in water tariff every financial year but it was not implemented due to the Covid-19 pandemic
