Tourism dept, IBC sign MOU to promote Buddhist heritage sites

Principal secretary, tourism and culture department, Mukesh Kumar Meshram, who was also present on the occasion, said that with the help of the IBC, the Buddhist heritage sites would be showcased at the international level. Director General of International Buddhist Confederation Abhijit Halder said that the IBC was in touch with about 40 countries for creating awareness about tourist spots associated with Lord Buddha.

Three-day RSS meet in Pune to discuss major national issues, efforts for social change

At least 266 RSS office bearers from various affiliated organizations, including the BJP, will participate in the Akhil Bharatiya Samanvay Baithak, a three-day coordination meeting to discuss national, current, economical, and religious issues. The meeting aims to compile challenges, decide a direction, and increase work pace. Senior RSS and BJP members, including Mohan Bhagwat and JP Nadda, will attend the meeting.
