Delhi Health Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj alleged that senior officials conspired to stop a government scheme that pays for the treatment of road accident victims. He claimed that payments to hospitals had not been made for nearly a year and called for action against the officials involved. The "Farishtey Dilli ke" scheme was launched in 2019 to encourage people to help accident victims. Bharadwaj also had a meeting to assess the pollution situation in the city and prepare a health advisory. Health centers will be asked to ensure they have adequate medicine for pollution-related ailments.
