Singapore Airlines will invest an additional ₹3,194.5 crore into the newly merged entity comprising of Vistara and the Tata-owned Air India for a 25.1% stake
The Vistara-Air India merger has given Singapore Airlines a 25.1% stake in the newly unified airline, with operations now fully integrated under Air India.
Vistara will merge with Air India starting November 12, following government approval of Singapore Airlines' FDI. Singapore Airlines will hold a 25.1% stake in Air India.
