After an intense 17-day rescue operation, all 41 workers trapped in the partially collapsed Silkyara Tunnel in Uttarkashi district were rescued on Tuesday.
In the visuals, Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami was seen hugging and talking to the workers as they huddled outside the tunnel.
The video depicted Arnold Dix seated in front of the local deity's temple while the priest conducted the puja, as the rescue operation continued alongside.
The NDMA has said the rescue operations are near a breakthrough as the pipe has to be pushed for another two metres to reach the 41 workers.
In the final phase of rescue at Uttarakhand tunnel, each worker will be placed on a wheeled stretcher and carefully pulled outside by rescue teams using ropes.
