Days After 'I'm Not Malala' Viral Speech In UK, J&K Journalist's Clash With Delhi Airport Officials

Yana Mir, a Kashmiri journalist who shot to fame with her recent speech in the UK Parliament in which she declared that she was "not a Malala", has now found herself mired in a controversy. Yana on February 26 posted a video on social media platform X (formerly Twitter) claiming to have faced harassment at the hands of customs officials at the Delhi airport. Subsequently, Delhi customs department published CCTV footage from the airport showing Yana Mir. Customs officials claimed that Yana was uncooperative in having her luggage checked.
