'Declare Hindu Rashtra Or Face Revolution': India's Neighbour Seeks Restoration Of 'Old Glory'

Chorus for reinstating Nepal as a Hindu state is growing. A section of Nepal’s biggest and oldest party Nepali Congress are demanding to restore the ‘old glory’. Around 150 members of the party’s national council have signed a petition for the same. Nepal’s fifth-largest party in the parliament, Rastriya Prajatantra Party, has even submitted a 40-point charter to Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal to make the country a Hindu kingdom again.
