Modi Govt Offers 27% OBC quota in Medical Courses as NEP completes one year

On the completion of one year of National Education Policy (NEP), Prime Minister Narendra Modi today announced a host of schemes for students. The PM announced 27% reservation for OBCs and 10% reservation for students from Economically Weaker Sections in medical courses. He also launched an artificial intelligence programme to make country's youth future-oriented. The NEP last year had replaced a 34-year-old education policy in the country.
