'Court orders must be implemented...': Ex-CJI Justice Dipak Misra on constitutional rights

The former chief justice of India Dipak Misra talked about how constitutional rights improve the life of citizens. Justice Misra said it constitutes the lifeblood of citizenry aspirations. Justice Misra said constitutional courts are ever-growing perpetually. Justice Misra spoke at the 19th edition of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit. The Hindustan Times Leadership Summit was launched in 2003 to enhance the level of discourse on critical issues, encourage interaction among leaders in important areas and present international quality thought- platforms aimed at solutions.
